Virginia Spallino is a 2013 Magna Cum Laude graduate from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Education. While attending ECU, Virginia was already many years into her paralegal career. Beginning in 2005, Virginia began working with a firm that focused on creditor’s rights – specifically, creditor bankruptcy, evictions, and state court debtor-creditor disputes. During this time, she worked closely with large national lenders as well as local lenders in North Carolina. Her work covered all 100 counties in North Carolina. After 15 years handling exclusively creditor’s rights matters, she decided to expand her career focus and joined Miller Monroe & Plyler in January 2020.
Virginia is originally from Northern Nevada and relocated to Raleigh, North Carolina. Virginia has lived in the Raleigh area for the past 20 years and currently resides in Zebulon with her husband and daughter. Virginia enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and anything outdoors. However, when Virginia is away you can oftentimes find her in Disney World.
