Professional Experience

Jeff Monroe is an experienced litigator practicing in the areas of personal injury, business litigation, construction litigation and estate and fiduciary litigation.

In 2013, Jeff joined with Jason Miller, a classmate at UNC School of Law, to form Miller & Monroe. Jeff represents individuals and businesses in a wide variety of litigation matters and is committed to fighting to protect his clients’ interests. Whether they have been injured due to the negligence of another, have a business dispute or have encountered an estate or fiduciary dispute, Jeff values the opportunity to work closely with clients to achieve their goals.

Upon graduating from UNC School of Law, Jeff commenced his legal career in the Raleigh office of Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP, where he handled a variety of litigation matters, including representing individuals and companies in personal injury claims, construction defect claims, and business disputes. Jeff has handled all phases of litigation, from investigation of claims through trial and appeal.

Jeff completed his undergraduate degree at Hampden-Sydney College, where he was an Allan Scholar, President of the Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Society, and a NCAA Division III basketball player, twice earning All-American honors.

Personal

Jeff and his wife Settle are Raleigh natives. They have three sons, one of whom is deceased.
