Alexandra Davis joined Miller Monroe in 2016. She represents both corporate entities and individuals in business litigation matters, real property disputes, injury and property damage claims, and estate and fiduciary litigation. Alexandra aggressively fights for her clients, but also strives to add value with practical guidance, serving as both as advocate and legal counselor. Having previously worked within judicial chambers at the state and federal level, Alexandra brings to her cases a broad perspective of the law and the substantive and procedural issues that impact cases.
Alexandra graduated cum laude from UNC Chapel Hill, where she obtained a BA in English and served as the Editor of the Carolina Review. Alexandra then obtained her JD from Campbell Law School, where she served on the Board of Editors of the Campbell Law Review and led the Campbell Law chapter of the national St. Thomas More Society.
Alexandra is admitted to practice in all North Carolina state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
Alexandra and her husband, Jacob, also a Campbell law graduate and Wake County Magistrate, live in Raleigh where they enjoy running, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family.
